Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Tracking Information
Customers will receive a tracking number via email or text once their order has been shipped.
Tariffs, Customs & Import Fees
Some orders may be shipped from international suppliers. Because of this, certain countries or regions may charge customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes when the package arrives.
By placing an order with Tye’s Tresses, the customer acknowledges and agrees that any customs fees, tariffs, or import duties charged by the shipping carrier or government are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Tye’s Tresses does not control or collect these fees and will not reimburse or cover any customs charges required to release the package.
Order Refusal Due to Fees
If a customer refuses to pay customs or tariff fees and the package is returned, the customer will only be eligible for a refund minus shipping and handling costs.
Agreement to Policy
By completing a purchase with Tye’s Tresses, you agree to all store policies including shipping timelines and responsibility for any applicable customs or tariff charges.
